Pure Software - Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple large-scale IT initiatives.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).

- Drive cross-functional team collaboration across business units, development teams, IT operations, and external vendors.

- Monitor and control project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and alignment on project progress and challenges.

- Conduct regular project status reviews and produce executive-level reports and dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security standards, and industry best practices.

- Mentor and support junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years in a leadership or program management role.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.

- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence).

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
