About the Role

Were seeking a motivated and analytical Data Science Intern to join our research and development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world data challenges, build predictive models, and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence applications.

As a Data Science Intern at F.A.R.A.D.A.Y., youll be part of a team that thrives on experimentation, ownership, and creating real-world impact. Youll work alongside experienced data scientists and AI researchers, contributing to projects that transform raw data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure quality and reliability
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction and classification tasks
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support decision-making
• 
  Document methodologies, findings, and technical processes for knowledge sharing
• Assist in optimizing existing data pipelines and automation workflows

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python or R with experience in data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy, dplyr)
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and database querying for data extraction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Self-motivated with a passion for data-driven decision making and insights
• Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies in data science

Compensation & Employment Details
