Job Title: Sales Agent Perfume Retail (Mall Kiosk / Store)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Agents to represent our perfume brand in shopping malls. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, promoting fragrances, and closing sales while delivering an excellent retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach mall customers and introduce perfume products
• Demonstrate fragrances and explain notes, longevity, and usage
• Recommend products based on customer preferences
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately (if assigned)
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness
• Build repeat customers and encourage brand loyalty
• Follow brand guidelines and grooming standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous retail or perfume sales experience preferred

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fragrance families (oriental, floral, woody, fresh, etc.)
• Multilingual skills are a plus
