Role Description

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Manager to support quality systems and technical compliance in a Materials and Geotechnical Testing Laboratory operating under ENAS and EIAC accreditation. The role focuses on ensuring test accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement of laboratory operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Implement and maintain the laboratory Quality Management System in accordance with ENAS & EIAC requirements

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Review test results, calculations, and reports for accuracy and conformity
• Control documents, records, and SOPs
• Manage nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate and support internal audits, external audits, and assessments
• Monitor calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Supervise QA/QC activities for soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and construction materials testing
• Provide training and technical support to laboratory staff
• Liaise with accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 510 years of experience in a materials or geotechnical testing laboratory
• Strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ENAS, and EIAC accreditation requirements
• Proven experience managing laboratory quality systems and audits
• Solid technical background in construction materials testing
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Certification in quality management or auditing is an advantage
