Selection Process: Introductory FERD Interview followed by Board Selection @ FERD Criteria

Selected FERD Fellows get 02 years Contract upon completion with Director's Monthly Pay of upto US$ 10,000.00, Visa, Health Insurance, and Performance-based Revenue Share Incentives
