FINANCE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for Reporting and analysis of  Revenue.
• Monitoring Receivables, Preparation of Ageing and collection Forecast.
• Financial Report Analysis.
• Supporting on month end activities like provisions, prepaid, B/S & P&L GL reconciliations.

Skills:- 

• 
  Second line of Plant Controller
• Responsible for Reporting Revenue and AR.
• Coordinating and Supporting to Key account Manager related with customer ledger and AR related activity.
• Monthly Reconciliations of AR and All Accrued GL Balances.
• Monthly closing Provisions review and preparation of Journals.
• Vendor service Invoices validations inline with Tenneco agreement.
• Daily review & approval of Expenses PR and Consumables PRs.
• AR and others Sales related Global report Submission.
• Accuracy and timely submission of Reports.

Qualification:- 

• CA / CMA fresher – No need experience.
• MBA/M.Com/CA(inter)/ CMA(inter) with Minimum 3 to 10 Years of Experience in Finance.
• MS Excel Knowledge (Must)
• MS Office (Optional)
• SAP (Optional)
