What would you do?

The role entails primarily to support the overall Non-Contract Cost and Payroll Financial management including planning & forecasting, reporting analysis, hierarchy management, WBSE usage advisory and long range planning. Support leadership and serve as the finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with the Market and Service groups, entity leadership teams, director of operations, business operation team and HR. Understanding of Economic model. Key Functions : -

Deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality.

Assist/help in the planning/forecasting activities done by Specialist/AM

Assist in preparing the monthly follow up on forecast and help to provide details required for analysis and actionable insights on the monthly variances of Actuals vs. Forecast.

Assist in NCC Adhoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling and collaborate with/enable business to deliver expected outcomes.

Managing Accenture Support requests related to SAP Financials structure maintenance. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree with around 2-3 Years of Experience in Finance Areas with the High Level of Proficiency:-

Accurate and professional outcomes from task assigned, tasks would be coached and supervised.

Understanding the business, learn and become SME on the key KPIs and drivers of the KPIs for the business.

Building analytics / business intelligence

Effective and proactive communications
