Responsibilities


Functional Responsibilities


  • Generate reports relates to Sales Finance, Commercial Finance
  • Resolving the query related to reporting system such as SAP BPC & IRI
  • Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports
  • Work on process improvement ideas using VBA macro, Power BI & UiPath
  • Working across multiple Finance functions to deliver MIS Reports
  • Understand key concepts of Financial terms
  • Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process
  • Support quarterly and annual operational and SOX controls testing processes
  • Maintain complex Excel models
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights
  • Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with business partners
  • Collaborate with business partners on ad-hoc projects
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment


Qualifications


  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Reporting, Data analysis, & MIS (Edcn Qual: B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA)
  • Problem solver, logical aptitude, handle tough stakeholders
  • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP BPC, IRI, Business Objects, Alteryx and Tableau knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong excel skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
