We are looking for an Manager - Accounts & Finance to drive our accounting and finance function. As the Manager - Accounts & Finance, you will get opportunity to share and learn the best practices, setting up SOPs and drive the organisation’s discipline for financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts payable/ sales billing and keeping track of all payments & expenditure, including Fixed Assets, purchase order, invoices and bank statements  
• Vendor Payment processing as per due date and contract.
• Vendor & Customer reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing system reports. Ensuring collection is done as per due date and follow up with  the customer and internal stakeholders for overdue.
• Maintaining invoice tracker and historical records for budget & cashflow purposes.
• Producing monthly MIS reports and TB review for the books and MIS closure
•  Ensuring the right accounting for prepaid, accrued, capex & opex expenses and keeping a schedule to track all such entries.
• Provide information and prepare data/MIS for audit.
• TDS & GST reconciliation & filing
• Preparation of bank or other empanelment documents
• Upload funds to bank and other platforms to process the pay-outs
• Ensure monthly closure activities
• Other ad-hoc payment, empanelment, reconciliation etc activities
• Coordinating all accounting & audit activity with Statutory Auditors.

Requirements 

• Sound understanding of accounting & taxation
• Must thrive in a rapid-paced and dynamic business environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Passionate to learn and solve complex problems
• CA semi-qualified or a Graduate, with 7 years of experience in Accounting & Compliances
