Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head / Business Development Leader to drive our HR and EOR services growth across UAE and international markets. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives to expand FintalX’s presence in the HR outsourcing and EOR services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand services with existing clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and C-level executives.
· Collaborate with delivery teams to design tailored HR/EOR solutions for clients.

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
· Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
· Represent FintalX in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
