Business Development Operations Manager
B2B | Trading / FX / Crypto
We're working with a fast-growing, internationally focused business operating within the trading / FX / digital assets space, looking to hire a Business Development Operations Manager to support and elevate their B2B commercial organisation.
This role sits at the heart of the Business Development function and is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales support, partner-facing environment, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and is motivated by improving how teams perform and scale.
The role
You'll work closely with senior commercial leadership to improve processes, deliver insights, and help drive partner growth. Acting as a connective layer across BD, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership, you'll ensure partner initiatives land effectively and the commercial engine runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support BD leadership with initiatives that improve partner engagement, service delivery, and revenue performance
- Design and implement scalable processes to streamline sales operations and raise execution standards
- Identify operational bottlenecks within the BD function and coordinate cross-team solutions
- Own performance cadence support, including reporting and insight delivery on regional KPIs and partner metrics
- Manage cross-functional requests, prepare reports, and develop leadership-ready presentations
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of regional and global partner initiatives
- Collaborate with global BD teams to ensure partner needs align with internal delivery capability
- Analyse data via Power BI and other tools to spot trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor partner lifecycle performance to identify risk, underperformance, or upsell opportunities
- Support the development of partner dashboards providing real-time visibility on partner health and performance
- Optimise automated partner lifecycle communications in collaboration with Marketing
What we're looking for
- Experience in a B2B sales support, partner enablement, or commercial operations role
- Background within trading, FX, brokerage, crypto, or financial services (highly desirable)

- Strong interpersonal skills confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how sales teams drive revenue
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Creatio)
- Comfortable analysing data using tools such as Power BI or similar
- Highly organised, structured, and able to manage multiple workstreams without losing focus
- Clear, deliberate communicator across different audiences and seniority levels
- Naturally proactive and self-motivated you take ownership and drive solutions independently
- Analytical and problem-solving oriented, with the ability to demonstrate measurable impact
- Thrives in a matrixed, relationship-driven organisation
