Description

We’re hiring a hands-on, full-stack finance & accounts professional for one of our clients — a fast-growing investment company with multiple businesses under its umbrella, including a thriving F&B portfolio.

This is not a “sit-and-review” finance role. This is for someone who rolls up their sleeves, builds structure where needed, and owns end-to-end finance operations across multiple entities. What you’ll own (A to Z finance & accounts)

1. Core accounting & bookkeeping

   Get Hired
   
   Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations). Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing across entities. Manage chart of accounts, consolidation entries, and intercompany transactions.
2. Financial planning & controls
   Cash flow planning, forecasting, and expense control. Budget preparation and variance analysis. Implement strong internal controls across business units.
3. Management reporting
   Prepare MIS, P&L, balance sheets, financial packs for leadership. Entity-wise profitability, cost analysis, and performance reporting. Support investment-level reporting and board presentations.
4. Compliance & external coordination
   Handle VAT filings, tax compliance, and audit coordination. Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate financial records in line with UAE regulations.
5. Business partnering
   Work directly with leadership to support strategic decisions. Provide financial insights for new outlets, investments, and expansions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong hands-on exposure to startups, holding companies, investment firms, or tech companies.
• Proven ability to run A to Z finance operations independently.
• Solid knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and reporting structures.
• Strong command of accounting systems (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
