Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA is a plus.
Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
Experience managing accounting teams and end-to-end accounting operations.
Russian-speaking candidates preferred; Russian language skills are an advantage.
Currently available in UAE.Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Ensure timely payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
Monitor internal controls and implement improvements to optimize financial processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with auditors and management for financial audits and reviews.
Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making.Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
