Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development and operations teams to align sales efforts.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven Sales Track Record: 6+ years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, F&B with a successful track record.
- Prior experience in hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
