Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune and nearby MIDC areas. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include managing client interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to formulate effective strategies for business growth. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential to meet goals and deliver results.
Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships

    Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Experience in the real estate or consultancy sector is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
