Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Energy Solutions division in Dubai. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and growing talent within the business.

About the Role

The Sales Coordinator will play a key support role to the Sales team, ensuring smooth coordination across internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware and enjoys working in a fast-paced technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities
• Raise and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations
• Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and trackers to support management decision-making
• Assist with quotations, pricing support, and order tracking
• Ensure all sales documentation and records are accurate and up to date

Essentials

  Get Hired
  12 years experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator or similar role
• Experience within heavy equipment, power generation, energy solutions or industrial sectors is highly regarded
• Good English skills, able to communicate with multiple stakeholders efficiently
• High level of attention to detail with good numerical and reporting skills
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel and sales reporting tools
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
