The role requires advanced analytical acumen and solution orientation. The role possesses critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and manipulate data to provide insightful observations, identify trends and communicate these effectively.
The role is expected to act independently to make timely and informed decisions aligned to the roles remit or to escalate as appropriate to management or others in IT as needed. The roles insight and proposed actions should strive to be strategic, look beyond stop gap measures and seek to drive improvements to reporting and analysis practices.
Responsibilities
. Professional experience with different regression and classification methods in implementation and deployment of project on AWS GCP and Azure cloud platform. Follow the standard practice and guidelines while using Python, SQL.
. Experience with Langchain framework for GenAI.
. Experience with Dataiku on model building and deployment.
. Must have intermediate understanding on Word and Excel. The candidate must have strong consultative / listening skills, ability to analyze data, and translate business requirements into actionable capabilities.
. Able to design Machine learning, Deep learning and Generative AI architecture and its successful execution in the project.
. Design, develop and implement generative AI models such as GANs, Variational Auto Encoders or transformers for specific application.
. Must Demonstrate understanding of evaluation metrics specific to GenAI task such as inception score, frechet inception distance, perpetual path length.
. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientist, engineers, domain experts to integrate Generative AI into product or services.
. Develop and fine-tuning Generative AI models such as GPT for various applications.
. Using Generative AI to work on tasks like text generation, sentiment analysis, chatbots and language translation using RAG and agent-based models.
. Experience in using tokenization and embeddings and must have used GPT, LLaMA, Huggingface, Mistral, AWS BedRock for deploying the models.
. Analyze data and Generating insights using generative AI techniques for predictive modelling and data generation.
. Ability to successfully create quick project based on GenAI by asking questions using different scalable database for generating charts or statement using different large language models.
. Evaluating the performance of generative AI models and implementing improvements based on feedback.
. Ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI by addressing bias, privacy concerns and fairness in AI models
. Experience on Rest API, Flask API, Fast API.

About Company
Genpact was founded in 1997 as a unit of General Electric. The company was founded as GE Capital International Services (GECIS) in New Delhi. Starting with 20 employees under the leadership of CEO Pramod Bhasin, its charter was to provide business process outsourcing solutions to GE's businesses. In the beginning, GECIS created processes for outsourcing back-office activities for GE Capital such as processing car loans and credit card transactions. It was an experimental concept at the time and the beginning of the Business-Process-Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
One year after its launch, GECIS employed about 800 people and generated revenues of US$4 million. By 2001, GECIS operations had grown to 12,000 employees and the company began to manage a wide range of processes across GE's financial services and manufacturing businesses. Jack Welsh, CEO of GE at the time, said that GECIS was a key driver of GE’s growth between 1998 and 2001, and was responsible for reducing operating costs by approximately US$1 billion.
In 2003, GE reduced its stake in GECIS to 40% and sold the remainder to two American private equity firms. At the time of the sale, GECIS employed around 13,000 people in India and 4,000 people in the US, China, Hungary and Mexico, providing a range of solutions in areas such as finance and accounting, insurance claim processing, IT management and technical support.
By 2004, GECIS oversaw around 700 business processes for GE that had migrated from the US to India, generating revenues of US$426 million.
