In this role, The Data Scientist will apply advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights and solve complex business problems. The role involves data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development, and integration of AI/ML solutions into dashboards and applications. The Data Scientist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure models are aligned with business objectives, reproducible, and scalable.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the technical re-architecture of our flagship conversational agent, My Epic Assistant. This is a strategic initiative to migrate our agent from Google%27s Dialogflow CX to the new, code-first Agent Development Kit (ADK). You will be at the forefront of designing and building a scalable, next-generation multi-agent system on Google Cloud, establishing best practices for MLOps, testing, and future development.
What You%27ll Do
.Discovery & Analysis: Dive deep into our existing Dialogflow CX agent, analyzing its 30 flows and playbooks to document business logic, API integrations, and conversational paths.
.Architect & Plan: Design the new multi-agent architecture using the Agent Development Kit (ADK). You will define the structure for the central orchestrator, reusable agentic tools, and a comprehensive migration roadmap.
.Build & Develop: Lead the hands-on development in Python, transforming the current playbooks into modular, robust, and independently testable ADK tools.

.Implement MLOps: Establish the foundation for our conversational AI development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and robust observability (logging and monitoring).
Required Qualifications
.Strong proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem.
.Proven experience designing and implementing modular, scalable software solutions, ideally with AI/ML components.
.Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
.Experience with cloud deployments, CI/CD practices, and integrating RESTful APIs.
.A strong software engineering foundation with knowledge of automated testing and monitoring frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
.Direct experience with Google Dialogflow (CX).
.Hands-on experience with Google%27s Agent Development Kit (ADK) or similar agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
.Experience in developing or contributing to multi-agent systems.

.Familiarity with Google Cloud%27s operations suite (Cloud Logging, Monitoring, Tracing).
