Key Account Manager - Your future position
As a Key Account Manager in our Fragrances division at Givaudan, the global leader in the flavour and fragrance industry who touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day, you will be fundamental in presenting our most relevant fragrances to our businesss most important customers. As a Key Account Manager you will focus on:
- Developing our business: you will create sales strategies and budgets with a view to maximising market share and margin; provide status reports on progress against sales budgets.
- Positioning our products: you will monitor fragrance trends, competitive activity and product development; obtain insightful marketing data to support and nurture our business objectives.
- Leverage Givaudan resources to create commercial opportunities within the client working model.
- Impacting the bottom line: you will continuously develop key accounts and prospects on the ground; coordinate to ensure effective sales service and customer relations.
- Servicing our customers: you will respond to customer enquiries on requests for samples, data, and technical support as well as handle customer complaints and deliver solutions.
- Primary Categories: Fabric and HomeCare for South Asia

Your professional profile includes:
- 10+ years in FMCG industries or equivalent
- Marketing/Sales experience
- Ability to energize and lead a cross-functional team around a project
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, decision-makers and influencers, understanding and communicating customer requirements
- Competent negotiation skills
- Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
- Consistent track record of new wins and ability to identify and create new business opportunities
- Consistent track record of significant business growth with key accounts

- Excellent Project Management and Presentation kills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Strategic and Creative thinking
- Business acumen, understanding profitability goals and drivers
- Verbal and written command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High passion for the world of fragrance and consumer products
- In-depth knowledge of the global FMCG scenery
