Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst / Associate Agile Coach with strong exposure to Agile delivery environments and hands-on experience with nCino (Salesforce-based banking platform). The role will support Agile project execution, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization across banking and financial services initiatives.

- Support end-to-end project delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
- Act as an Associate Agile Coach to promote Agile best practices across teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Track project metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and business stakeholders
- Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of nCino solutions
- Translate business requirements into user stories and functional documentation
- Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile execution
- Assist in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Agile Project Coordinator, or Associate Agile Coach
- Strong hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience with nCino platform (mandatory)
- Good understanding of banking and financial services workflows

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is an advantage
- Experience supporting digital transformation or core banking projects
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven projects
