Sales & Partnerships Manager (Commission-Based)

Stones Luxury is an art solution brand creating unique, authentic, and luxurious art pieces crafted from stone and natural materials. Our work exists at the intersection of art, architecture, and craftsmanship, collaborating with architects, interior designers, developers, galleries, and private clients on meaningful, high-quality projects.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely good with people, understands how to sell value (not just products), and wants to grow alongside a brand rather than just work for one.
This role is heavily commission-based and ideal for someone entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and confident in closing deals.
What you'll be doing:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, galleries, and curated retail spaces
Actively selling Stones Luxury products and custom art solutions
Introducing and placing the brand within select high-end shops, concept stores, and showrooms aligned with our positioning
Closing deals and managing accounts from first contact to long-term partnershipCreating and nurturing strategic partnerships and collaborations
Representing the brand in meetings, showrooms, exhibitions, and industry events
Acting as a bridge between clients, retail partners, and the internal team to ensure smooth communication
Who we're looking for:
Strong people skills and emotional intelligence
Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close
Comfortable working on commission and motivated by performance
Existing network in design, architecture, art, retail, real estate, or luxury sectors is a strong plus
