Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager, based in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role involves creating strategies to achieve sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering outstanding client solutions while contributing to the companys growth objectives.Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of the logistics, supply chain, or related industry is advantageous
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities
