Educational Qualification and Skill Set:

Applicant should have good academic background

Proficiency in MS Office and English is a must

Should have keen interest in academic research

Must have team- handling experience

Experience: Minimum 5yrs in the education sector as a Faculty Coordinator/ Teaching Associate

Candidates having experience as a Senior/ Junior Research Fellow in a reputed University/Institute are also eligible to apply

Job Responsibilities:

Design and development of the course materials, outline & ppts.

Supporting the concerned faculty in planning & preparation of lesson plan

Taking tutorials for the students

Delivery of classes on newsroom, GDs etc.

Quiz Preparation and conducting quiz

Constant coordination with CRP Team for preparation of Company Profile, GD & Topics

Evaluation of answer-scripts as per the requirement

Grading of Online Assessment (Tabulation)

Performing literature review, drafting reports and blog writing.

Development of Research based Content for GBS Blog

Invigilation in End-Semester, Mid-Semester & Re-test Examination

Daily follow-up with faculty members for content upload

***Note: Sound understanding required of the overall management education system in the country. Candidates having know - how of NEP( National Education Policy) , OBE(Outcome Based Education) along with hands-on experience and understanding of AICTE compliance, NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking would be given preference.
