Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
