Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and creating reports on client interactions.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and address client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience in client relationship management and account management

    Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the consulting or advisory industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
