Position Overview

Youll drive data-driven insights across large-scale AI initiatives that serve millions of users across India. Youll analyze massive datasets with millions of records daily to support strategic decision-making and optimize AI solutions. Youll work directly with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership while building the analytical frameworks that power the companys AI infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

• You analyze large-scale datasets with millions of records daily from AI infrastructure and user interactions
• You build comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau for stakeholders across teams
• You collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and implement automated reporting solutions
• You conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure impact of AI features and product changes
• You partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
• You present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• You develop predictive models and forecasting solutions to support business planning and resource allocation

Must Have Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis role with proven track record of driving business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation from large databases

  Strong experience with Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for creating executive-level dashboards and reports
• Experience analyzing datasets with millions of records daily and handling TB-scale data environments
• Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing
• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field

Nice to Have

• Experience in hyperscaler companies (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or similar cloud platforms)
• Background in AI/ML companies or technology platforms serving millions of users globally
• Knowledge of big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks
• Experience with cloud-native analytics and machine learning workflows
