Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and manage a team of sales executives. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will closely collaborate with other departments to drive business growth while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and improve service offerings.
Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a proven ability to identify and acquire new customers
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to use data insights to inform strategies
  • Knowledge of financial products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Property Loans, and Business Loans is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and align sales strategies with organizational goals
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
