- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking experience in the technology industry.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and leveraging relationships to influence and drive outcomes.
- Experience building financial models and valuing companies with excellent quantitative and qualitative investigative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Consisting of experienced merger-and-acquisition leaders, investment professionals, strategy and scouting specialists, and integration experts, we are dedicated to identifying the business opportunities of tomorrow. We find and evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities across existing and future markets, drive management team decisions, lead agreement negotiations, and help manage post-acquisition integration and performance evaluation.
Responsibilities

- Interact with Google products and engineering teams. Collaborate with global agreement teams.
- Build connections with regional investors and start-up ecosystems.
- Identify, evaluate, and value acquisition and investment opportunities in India and Southeast Asia.
- Drive management team decisions. Lead agreement negotiations and execution.
- Manage post-acquisition integration. Serve as a board member or observer on regional investments.
