Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter to join our team in Srinagar J&K. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify top talent. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients. This role also involves ensuring compliance with hiring regulations and staying up to date on market trends to support strategic talent acquisition goals.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), market practices, and crafting recruiting strategies

  Get Hired
  Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
• Knowledge of hiring regulations, compliance requirements, and the ability to apply them during the recruitment process
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the government contracting industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) are preferred
