Role

We are seeking an experienced model audit professional that is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth.

The role will involve leading, developing and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to review financial models ensuring they are robust and reliable.

Requirements

Operations:

• Lead in the growth and development of the model audit team in country.
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team.

People:

• Develop and inspire a market-leading team.
• Instil a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Growth:

• Lead in the growth of the model audit practice in country.
• Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business.
• Lead in the development of client pitches.

Key skills and qualifications

• A respected leader within the model audit sector.
• In-depth expertise in project finance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial model audit, currently working at a senior level within an established financial model audit practice.
• An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficial.
• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
