Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fast-growing automotive organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, support business growth, and work closely with leadership in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management-Handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE Labour Law-Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting-Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation-Support leadership with HR strategy, employee engagement, and retention initiativesRequirements:-5+ years of HR experience, preferably within the automotive industry-Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
