Job Description
Qualifications:
1–3 years’ experience in accounting, document control, or administrative roles
Preferably Filipino candidates
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting systems
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong accuracy in data handling and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all accounting-related documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, purchase orders, contracts, Delivery notes etc.)
Process accounts payable and receivable documents and ensure accuracy before entry

Verify, scan, file, and archive financial documents in both digital and hard-copy formats
Ensure proper document control procedures are followed for easy retrieval and compliance
Assist with reconciliation, data entry, and preparation of financial reports
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and resolve discrepancies
Support the finance team during audits by providing requested documents and records
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
