Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the companys stake holders in Europe. Theday-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The GurgaonOffice Operates Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Maintaining historical records for all transactions.

Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.

Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.

Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports.

Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).

Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.

Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

Supporting management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and streamline financial information.

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

Coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation

Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness.

• Freshers OR maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Account Payable
• Finance graduate
• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
