About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the companys stake holders in Europe. Theday-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The GurgaonOffice Operates Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records for all transactions
• Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance
• Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines
• 
  Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP)
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures

Requirements

• Freshers OR maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Account Payable
• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Flexible to work in shift
