As our PR Specialist, you will be the voice of H&S. Your goal is to move beyond traditional marketing and create an emotional connection with our audience. From the Burj Khalifa to the world's most exclusive villas, you will bring our developments to life through compelling content and strategic media relations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Architecture & Storytelling

• The Narrative: Transform company milestones, market data, and luxury listings into high-impact stories for media, investors, and clients.
• Scripting: Craft sophisticated video scripts for property showcases and brand campaigns that captivate and convert.
• Brand Voice: Act as the guardian of the H&S toneensuring every piece of communication is polished, consistent, and elite.

2. Social Media Strategy & Engagement

• Strategy:
  
  Develop and lead content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Viral Copy: Write captions that don't just inform, but inspire shares and foster community engagement.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve, pivoting our strategy based on emerging digital trends and platform analytics.

3. Media Relations & PR

• Press Management: Draft and distribute high-level press releases and media pitches that secure coverage in top-tier business and lifestyle publications.
• Network Building: Maintain and expand relationships with local and international journalists and influencers.
• Event PR: Lead the messaging and media coverage for exclusive events and community initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Credentials: Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, or Communications.
• The Experience: 3+ years in PR or high-level content creation (Luxury Real Estate experience is highly preferred).
• The Pen: Exceptional writing and editing skillsyou should be able to write everything from a formal press release to a punchy TikTok caption with ease.
