Manager, Finance Compliance - APAC

• To provide Compliance management support to all APAC countries,
• Timely completion of SOD matrix review and manage conflicts by implementing proper roles and responsibilities
• Enhance Blackline reporting process ensuring readiness for any Audit
• SOX/CSAQ compliance fulfilment with standardized process
• Regular Training and Coaching to team and updating about any new compliance guidance from Corporate.
• Important link between APAC and Global compliance team Hach & Veralto
  

To provide Compliance management support to APAC countries by
Ensuring 100% timely reporting of compliance requirement to Hach corporate

Review of the Blackline submission of each country to ensure completeness in all aspects.
Review the Balance sheet reconciliation between OS and ERP
Review the reconciliation of non-blackline accounts balance
Ensure the 100% completeness of Rev rec memo and its implementation in countries
Random testing of T & E claims with sample cases
Compliance with E & O, Warranty, LCM, Sales return provisions
Review the monthly Audit of Payroll to WD
100% timely reporting of QDQ by countries
SOD Matrix review twice a year for each country to mitigate the conflicts and guide team on Manual controls Advance readiness of CSAQ submission to avoid any Non-compliance Coaching and Mentoring Periodic coaching and mentoring to Finance team on regular basis Training Conduct periodic training to non-finance associates and create an immersion document on Compliance for New Joiners Implement Standard work around all accounting processes in APAC countries, like using correct GL, correct calculation of Price stick, provisions etc. Co-ordinate with Global Compliance team and Veralto Compliance team for getting guidance on compliances.
Required Qualification - CA from ICAI with Commerce background, CPA preferred
Experience - Overall 7-8 years of Experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Big Audit firm and 3-4 years in Industry (Multinational setup) with Audit and SOX responsibility.
Additional Skill - Well versed with Microsoft tools, Hands on experience in ERP and Accounting reporting tools.. Expericen of OneStream, Blackline, Power BI will be preferred
