We are hiring for SAP CDP Developer as a Full Time Contractual for IT Company

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (SAP CDP) implementation and configuration. Experience in a client-facing or business analyst role is essential.

Client-Facing Expertise: Proven track record of successfully conducting workshops, managing stakeholder relationships, and gathering requirements in a complex business environment.

Technical & Analytical Proficiency:

Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and CDP APIs.

Ability to write basic SQL for data analysis and validation.

Strong analytical skills to dissect business problems and design data-driven solutions.

Communication & Facilitation: Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Marketing & Data Acumen: Understanding of digital marketing, customer journey orchestration, and data privacy principles.

SAP CDP certification or relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).

Job Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between the technical implementation team and business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Digital, eCommerce).

Proactively communicate project status, risks, blockers, and technical complexities in a clear, non-technical manner to business audiences.

Client-Facing Workshops & Requirement Gathering

Plan, facilitate, and lead interactive discovery workshops with cross-functional client teams.

Analyse & document, and validate complex business requirements related to customer data, segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization.

Map current-state customer data flows and future-state desired processes using the SAP CDP. CDP build, including data models, segmentation logic, and activation rules.

Create and present workshop findings, requirement documents, and solution design proposals to stakeholders for review and sign-off.

Solution Implementation & Configuration

Technical implementation and configuration of the SAP CDP solution based on approved requirements.

Design and configure the CDP data model, identity resolution rules, segmentation builder, and activation workflows.

Architect and oversee the ingestion of customer data from multiple source systems (e.g., SAP S4H/C4C, e-commerce, SAP SCV2, SAP VSS, 3rd Party) into the CDP.

Build and maintain the unified profile by implementing data consolidation, cleansing, and enrichment strategies.

Ensure all CDP configurations and data practices comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.
