Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing sales strategies, and fostering customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, proposing technical solutions, supporting clients in product implementation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales strategy, sales management, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the power solutions industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering
  • Experience in Solution sales with good technical knowledge of Low Voltage / Power Quality offers
  • Sales experience of low voltage switchgear panels is a must
  • Must have a strong customer base with proven track record
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills

  • Highly Customer Oriented with a strong sales drive
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Follow-ups orders with customer & post order activities.
  • Documentation & presale support.
  • Prepare the Commercial offer & further negotiation in winning the bid.
  • To respond to customer questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales strategies
  • Previous experience in the electrical industry is a plus
