Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Electrical Engineer, located in Bangalore The Sr. Sales Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems, providing expertise in power distribution and power systems, and developing client proposals. Day-to-day tasks include electrical design work, collaborating with clients to assess their needs, and ensuring the reliability of electrical networks. The engineer will also be involved in technical sales, providing support and consultation to prospects and customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales strategy, sales management, and customer relationship management
- Strong Technical Support skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the power solutions industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Experience in Solution sales with good technical knowledge of Low Voltage / Power Quality offers
- Sales experience of low voltage switchgear panels is a must
- Must have a strong customer base with proven track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
