Job Purpose Statement: Senior Finance Manager will be part of the Leadership Team and manage the complete end to end Finance function with all data reports, reconciliations and business analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Advise the CEO on all Finance and Capital related matters and best practices.
2. Play a critical role in making the organisation profitable.
3. Develop Monthly MIS and all Data Reports on Sales, Inventory, Cash Flow. Report to Board/ Investors on all Key Operating Metrics.
4. Maintain Monthly Book of Accounts: Should be able to carry out monthly closure of books of accounts on Tally.
5. All Tax Related - TDS, TCS, GST, Income Tax and other related Compliances and Payments.
   
6. Monitoring Internal controls on all costs as per Budgets allocated.
7. Financial Reporting: Sending period MIS/ Reports of financial statements to all the stakeholders of the company.
8. Cash Flow Reporting: Should be able to track and send reports for the Cash Flow of the company along with deviation analysis.
9. Working Capital Management - Manage the mix of Debt and Equity. Payment to all Vendors and monitor cash flows.
10. Negotiations with Vendors on Costs.
11. All Matters related to Funding, Diligence and Debts.
12. Reconciliations for all Sales, Payables and Receivables.
13. Payroll and Employee reimbursements, depreciation, and accruals.

Knowledge and Criteria Required:

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-7 relevant experience post-qualifying.

Get Hired
• Strong working knowledge of financial, operational, and systems auditing techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication, report drafting, presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel is required.
• D2C Brands or Digital EcoSystem Finance Professional preferred
