Position - Associate - Business Development (Full Time)
Location - Hyderabad
Type of work - Field Based
Education Qualification - Any Graduates/Post Graduates, Pharma & Life Science Backgrounds!

What We Want You To Do
  • Prospect, engage and convert new clients to grow the companys customer base within your assigned territory.
  • Increase turnover per client by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and meaningful engagements. Typical target: approximately 812 quality client interactions per day, depending on territory, appointment schedules and travel time.
  • Log and communicate details of client visits and follow-ups to supervisors using the company CRM and through agreed reporting cadence (daily/weekly updates as required).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/turnover targets set by management and actively manage your sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For
  • Any Graduate; prior experience in sales or field sales is preferred.
  • Confidence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Familiarity with pharma or life sciences is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; a valid drivers license is preferred.
