Understanding Client Requirement -- Calling Candidates Assessing their profile -- Sharing Verified Profiles with Clients -- Aligning Interviews of Shortlisted Profiles -- Coordinating for all the Interviews -- Feedback/Followup Post Interview -- Assisting for Selected Candidates On-boarding process w.r.t documentation salary negotiations -- Ensure the Selected Candidate joins as per the agreed DOJ
