Senior Project Accounting Analyst

Report to Finance controller and assist him in all aspects of consulting projects activities including but not limited to:

• Set of projects in a timely manner.
  
• Posting of costs to projects via timesheets or invoices as appropriate.
  
• 
  Revenue recognition on projects where applicable.
  
• Analysis of the monthly results to understand key hits/ misses and issues within the services.
  
• Billing of services projects in a timely manner to customers.
  
• Closing projects as and when appropriate.
  
• Work with the project managers and PMO to understand the projects as they move through their lifecycle.

  Get Hired
  Monitor backlogs and bookings and aid the reporting of both numbers in the management accounts as appropriate.
  
• Support the services team with any data requests they may have.
  
• Where applicable, assist with the production of the reporting packs for the Middle East.
  
• Reconcile the unbilled and Billings in excess accounts as they relate to services.
  
• Assist with the forecasting process for services.
