Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Day to Day record keeping in Tally and other reports. (Must have recent experience )
  • Responsible for Companys Compliance and Filings : GST, TDS , Provident fund, Professional Tax, ESI etc. (Must have recent experience)
  • Preparation of P&L , Balance Sheet & Cashflow for the Year or Monthly Basis ( Must Have clear Understanding)
  • Maintaining Payroll in excel and processing through Banks (Good hands in excel)
  • Coordinate & working different stakeholders whenever required : like Banks, Employees, Auditors, Company Secretary and Vendors . (i.e Collecting information and providing PaySlip and details whenever required) :
  • Invoice raising, maintaining expenses record.
  • Filings the physical copies business and accounting documents to respective folders.
  • Month-end and Year-end reporting.
