Financial Planning And Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a dynamic FP&A team, supporting the business with accurate financial insights and analysis. Your work will directly contribute to strategic decision-making.

What you will do: You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting, supporting business leaders in understanding financial performance and opportunities.

Key responsibility:

• Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to gather data and develop detailed budgets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, providing insights into potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance and explaining deviations from budget and forecast.
• Prepare insightful performance reports, summarizing key financial metrics and providing analysis to inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability of projections.
  
• Collaborate with other FP&A team members and business units to provide comprehensive financial support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role preferred but not required (Entry-level).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
