Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and proposing tailored pest control and hygiene solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure high service quality and staying updated on market and industry trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and account management

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of pest control, hygiene solutions, or environmental safety industries is a plus

Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
