About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Representative with a strong background in customer support and sales to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating sales calls and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products or service.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations.

Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in any one of these languages Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
