• Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) for all the three sites.
• Control and Reduce Quality issues.
• Address quality issues to the satisfaction of Internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate customers specification and validate the same prior to development and production of required material.

• Produce and Maintain the validity records for Shade cards
• Standardize SOPs and quality processes across plants.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Monitor compliance with ISO, FSC, BRC, and customer requirements.
• Review and approve Quality Agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure proper NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signing for confidentiality.
• Handle major customer complaints and ensure root cause analysis.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Get Hired
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• Track and report quality KPIs (complaints, rejection rates, audit scores).
• Manage supplier quality and conduct vendor audits.
• Provide training to site quality teams on standards and best practices.
• Ensure all sites maintain required certifications.
• Handle SMETA (Sedex) audit compliance and ensure ethical trade standards
• Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with team and management to monitor progress and resolve issues.
