HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Accounts and Finance Team. We are looking to fill the Executive -Accounts and Finance position based at Thaltej, Ahmedabad.

Position/Profile Title: Executive - Accounts and Finance

Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Department: Sales Finance

Reporting to: Sr. Finance Executive

Criteria: 75%+ in SSC, HSC, B.Com. Should necessarily be from a Commerce background

Qualification: B.Com with 3 years of relevant experience with good communication skills

Purpose of the position: Accounts Receivable Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for customers and ensure that accounts are reconciled, with periodic signoff on balances.
• Ensure that all transactions (credit notes, invoicing, collections, and provisioning) are all posted accurately and on a timely basis.
• He/she will be the face for speaking with all customers for reconciliation of accounts and should be dynamic enough to get signoff on balance confirmation/reconciliation after understanding all the business nuances like Trade Spends, Customer Claims, Supply Chain claims, Volume discounts etc.

• He/she should be able to process claims of customers on a timely basis after all the control checks.
• He/she should be very organized to maintain all trackers based ondiscussions with customers, businesses, and the claims tracker.
• He/ She should be able to navigate across functions outside finance and should be able to work closely with sales/sales ops./supply chain and work for the closure of open/unreconciled items.
• Should be able to manage auditors for his/her area of work.
• Should ensure the least amount is stuck up in working capital by timely closure of open items.
• Should be open to learning new things over time and taking up additional roles, including but not limited to managing export business finance.
