About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. Based in Bangalore

The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, manage budgets, oversee accounting processes, and ensure statutory compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 25 years of post-qualification experience

  Get Hired
  Strong experience in end-to-end financial management including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; accounting, book closure and financial reporting; cash flow management (receivables and payables); and statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, income tax, and audits
• Ability to set up and strengthen financial processes and internal controls for a growing organization
• Experience working with startups, consulting firms, or fast-paced organizations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
