Engineer / Sr. Engineer

General
Work as a Quality Engineer / Sr. Engineer in the Quality Assurance Department. Capabilities to work in IGI (In-coming Goods Inspection), IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance), FQA (Final Quality Assurance), OBA (Out Box Audit), PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspections). New parts Qualifications and validations, new process validations, QAP (Quality Assurance Plan), Quality Control Plans, Documentation as per AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
Role and responsibilities

• To ensure Product is Inspected and Tested as per defined Process Flow Chart and Quality Control Plans.
• To prepare Quality control plans, Quality Process Flow charts, Work Inspections as per customer requirements.
• To prepare daily Quality reports and publish them to Cross Functional Team.

• Must have very good skill for effective root cause analysis and corrective Actions and Effectiveness verification.
• Must have good skill and experience about Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.
• Must have strong quality assurance system knowledge and experience.
• Work with Production, Process and Design team to reduce Production line rejections. Effective part of cross functional team to improve the First Pass Yield and reduce rejections.
• Work with R&D team to define the right Quality assurance plans, define CTQ and Testing parameters to have better Quality assurance and controls on the Production shopfloor.
• Validate the new product as per defined Product Specifications as a Quality Assurance part.

  Prepare Quality related documents, check list to meet AS9100 and ISO9001standards and customer compliance.
• To do Production line audit to assure that all workstations is compliance as per defined process flow chart, Operator skill matrix and all other compliance requirements.
• To implement and verify that ECN / ECO area implemented on the product and have the traceability for all changes.
• Ensure for proper Work Instructions, records, certifications, SOP, Internal audits, Operator trainings are on place as per defined way. Improve it based on the requirements.
• Work with Filed Failure Root Cause Analysis team to analysis field rejection and have preventive actions on the shopfloor to ensure that no repeat failures in the field.
• Ensure document controls are in place to conform to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. Work for new standards implementation on shop-floor.
